Most companies have an Operations Manual. A manual that explains the "systems" of you business and how it operates.

However, most companies fail to have a Marketing System!

The marketing system of many businesses is one of hope and random acts. What I mean is that if I were to ask, "what are your sales going to be this month, or quarter, etc? Unless you can actually give me a number, you marketing system is one of a hope and a prayer.

You need to have a system that will provide you with a predictable model that you will know, with in a reasonable margin, exactly what your sales figures will be based on the marketing you are currently doing.

You must have a SYSTEM!

When we work with our clients, we help them develop this "System" that let's them go to sleep at night knowing the amount of revenue their business will generate, not having to pray they can make the next payroll. Now they have time to pray for something else!

Do you want a Marketing System that will allow you to predict your sales volume? If so, CLICK HERE to email us and we can share some free ideas with you.

One way of increasing your business success is going  from Business Owner to Entrepreneur

This point is very critical to your overall success.

A Business Owner = An individual that cleans offices for a living.

An Entrepreneur = A person who owns a cleaning company to build a customers base and also has other offerings. They offers specialized cleaning, has another division that may specialize in restoration, has other products they can offer and affiliate relationships with those providers

As an entrepreneur there are two different ways to expand the business, Vertical and Horizontal.

An example of vertical expansion is someone who goes up and down the supply chain and buys their vendors and customers.

An example of horizontal expansion is realizing the real asset, the value of the customer relationship. You can buy or start related businesses that your customer is already buying services. A restaurant owner who starts a catering business, an event planning service, a D.J. service, a professional photo shop, a wine store, limo service etc…
